Email is formal way to communicate through text.In our day to day life its so much important whether we talk about for college goer, interviewer, executive, employees, professionals, teacher or whatever who work or study.so here I am going to talk about email writing and etiquette.
If talk about persons then Only fewer people know about it how its required. it’s very important to know how we should use it and where we should use it. When we need to send any project, document, assignment then we feel how its important to know. Thatswhy I have come here with some information’s and tips for you all.
Through email we deliver more information and details, in less words and with proof and particular id. and it’s a formal way to send a massage we can send more same information to many people at the same time. So its so much important to know. because it helps to manage the data and important information. And its reliable and secure.

4. If you need to send more people use CC and type id
5. Attached your documents, or image, file.
6. Choose the formatting from menu
7. Click on send

SOME USEFUL INFORMATION ---------
o BCC- blind carbon copy( we use it when we want recipients hidden from people then we add them to bcc line, only sender can see it not other recipients)
o FORWARD – its use to forward to another person
o SPAM/ JUNK- we receive some mails as like advertisement, any information, which is not so much important. Email company recognize the unnecessary information and put it spam folder. So here we should check it also sometime if we don’t get email. It may be email moved in that folder.
